Kräftan - The Crayfish
Kräftan in Sweden took place via impulses from Europe mainly during the 17th century. Like many other party customs, it was introduced by the nobles. The first time crayfish are mentioned in Swedish gastronomy is in a letter from Erik XIV in 1562.
Schnapps make the crayfish parties so much more fun! And even though it might not taste so good, it makes it easier to sing! And how about our feet? On our feet, we wear crayfish socks!
Perfect as a gift or to treat yourself to the crayfish party! We love crayfish! Do you?
